Mesa Spanish School

As the third largest city in Arizona, Mesa is a thriving metropolis yet provides the amenities and quality of life found in suburbs and small cities. The population of Mesa, counted as 493,077 in the 2000 census, has always been home to a large population of Hispanic, Latino or Spanish speaking residents, of which 90,368 speak Spanish as the primary language in the home and, in 2000, 133,646 residents identified themselves as being of Hispanic or Latino origin.

In the Southwest, the ability to speak Spanish in professional life as well as personal life is a great asset, as the global village continues to shrink. While serving as a bedroom community for the Phoenix/Tempe area, Mesa provides a high quality of life for its residents, with a lower cost of living, great weather and a host of recreational resources. Mesa’s largest employers are the Mesa School District, Banner Health System, The Boeing Company, the City of Mesa and Empire Southwest Machinery. The Mesa Chamber of Commerce provides an excellent business resource to the business community.

Demand for the Spanish language skills, already a significant part of life in Mesa, will only continue to increase. There is no better way to learn to speak Spanish fluently than through the Mesa Spanish School.
